I’m a little confused, who is Arson? Did you name your computer that or the program or something like that? Been trying to piece stuff together with all the posts about Arson but I feel a little lost. Like it’s an inside joke that I wasn’t there for the development of it

Arson is my laptop. Specifically a laptop sona I made for my laptop because of the sheer amount of trouble I've had with him. Twitch chat started shipping an 'enemies to lovers' between me and my laptop and it was giving me such a hard time during a livestream that it turned into a full fledged oc.

He's a gaming laptop I got in 2018 and had saved up for and while he's very good, his technical service life was only for 3 years and it's been about 5 and a half years since I've had him because I didn't want to replace him.

This means for the last two years he's been progressivly getting worse; starting with the battery going out completely, and then it getting discontinued so I couldn't replace it, the laptop started lagging hard, which I just kinda delt with. Then he's bluescreening a lot, and my files are getting corrupted and disappear. He cannot detatch from the wall so he's not a laptop anymore but really just a desktop now anyway. His model is discontinued so I cant get parts to replace him or have him repaired.

It's a running joke that 99% of all streaming problems are Arson's fault because for no reason he'll just. Crash and critcal error this and bluescreen that.

He got his name because he overheats really badly, and while gaming laptops are built to withstand that kind of heat, it still does wear and tear over time.

It would have been fine for 2-3 years but it's climbing near to 6 and part of the front is melted and I have to turn stream and art off early sometimes to let him cool down because the keyboard has left burns on my fingers. (Though this only happens when using him intensly, like streaming or gaming or art....which is 90% of what I do. The other being writing and work.) (Also before anyone asks, I regularly clean out the fans and I have a cooling stand beneath him)

Currently the top part of his keyboard is not working anymore and he's missing keys anyway. Part of his casing near the charging port is broken off. I've used his heat to cook tiny cookies while I've played skyrim before

caught up with cringetober because I literally forgot to do it, individuals and explanations under cut

Day 1: Heterochromia I’ve come to the revaluation that my sona is already cringe as hell considering not only can his entire body change color but he also has differently colored eyes as a staple of his design. They’re usually yellow and blue but this time I color picked the blue from the trans flag and the mint from the Vincian flag for this color palette, it turned out really pretty :)

Day 2: Self Insert Now she isn’t my self insert anymore, but back in the day when I was at “peak cringe” she definitely was. This is my warriors OC Icypelt and I have a post going over part of her story on my profile somewhere. She’s been through a lot and I think her modern design is very pretty :)

Day 3: Unnecessarily complex fit/design Spider scene is kinda infamous in my brain for having wayyy too much detail but I love them and I think this might be my favorite one out of this batch, super cute, the pose is really cute and the colors are nice and fits her really well :D

day 4: Angel x Devil inevitable MCR reference ik, Helena and Revenge, love them dearly. Poor revenge man this one is cute and looks like a sticker!!

Day 6 (I skipped day 5 because I didn’t want to open up ms paint today): neko i kinda hate this one but cat Gerard yay

Day 7: Pinterest base at first I wanted to draw hobie in place of Gwen but I remembered that I haven’t really drawn Mikey with her even though they’re supposed to be friends so I drew her instead. Idk. The height difference is not accurate because of that but Jumping Spider is small because he’s based on a jumping spider and those are tiny who would have thought

Day 11: Yandere LYLA is technically canonically a yandere because spoiler alert she tried to kill Miguel’s fiancé via overheating her in the shower (essentially literally boiling her like a lobster) because she was “in love” with him (she said if she did have autonomy and had feelings the would be in love with him but she doesn’t but idk who knows I don’t).

day 12: niche interest ik MCR isn’t exactly “niche” but the black parades story in particular has always caught my interest and I have my own interpretation of it and a whole kind of story I’m still developing and character arcs and headcanons and interactions and yeah you get it, death in particular has evolved into god knows an OC on his own I just keep him attached to MCR because… it makes more sense that way, ig-

day 13: creepypasta does this count- whatever grimdark is just the same thing as a creepypasta- I’m not really in the MLP fandom anymore but it was my first ever “fandom” I was actually apart of. My first hyperfixation if you will. I wasn’t in the grimdark part of the fandom because I was too young for it but I was actually watching the izzzyzzz grimdark video and I was like “oh” and drew a rainbow factory Rainbowdash. Honestly I should draw ponies more they’re fun to draw

Day 14: candygore (?) im not good at drawing candygore and since I was rushing this o didn’t do it as well as I thought I can, but it still turned out pretty cool

A fun fact about my technical cookie run sona (Caramel Brownie, the cookie that keeps popping up on the Onyx Cream blog), they are in fresh dough actually

If I were to start a blog about fresh dough (which i'm sure i will), Caramel Brownie would be the cryptic as fuck "Hey now, you're getting a little too close to the truth there, why don't you backtrack?" answers to asks

To put things into some sort of perspective for fresh dough; Caramel Brownie is aware of everything, from start to finish, if you were to ask something and got CB answering it, that would be a pretty much solid confirmation you either got it right, or you got horrifyingly close.

Oh uh, really?? Me, for real?!

I mean, I was more referring to my own character and story ideas separate from The Final Sunset, but I do have an idea for it!

One idea I had (and I believe I asked Mama Cosmos about it) is that the conversations between us - particularly with Frost Walker and the Witches/Makers - could either be documented entries for others to see, or perhaps actively a part of the story.

The only thing that I’d probably have to do is make a sona for myself. (My sona is technically still Buddha’s Hand Cookie, but I’ve been debating for a while on making a separate sona…)

Other than that, I don’t know if I have anything else to add. I would absolutely love to, and I’m more than inspired by you to think about more, but I’m also kinda scared to think of ideas because I’m afraid of them interfering with what Cosmos has planned. After all, it is her story, and I’d love to see the beauty she has in store for us.

All in all, I truly love your creativity Arsenic, and I’d love to see more.

• Antasma x Luigi (Mario and Luigi), because i actually ship bowser x mario, and in dream team, Antasma mirrors luigi a lot while being the latter's antagonist. Because (spoilers) Antasma gets literally shoved aside at the end of the game, in a way that reminds me of how luigi himself is thought to be in mario's shadow and 'shoved aside'. So both brothers should get to be monster lovers with big monster boyfriends that understand their worries

Gonna start off with my sona: My Sona, specifically the Lego one, is actually not a lego but a shapeshifting inter-dimensional being that just happens to take the form of a little lego guy 80% of the time as it's the form he likes the most. He can change into whatever he wants tho, usually changing to fit into whatever dimension he is in at the time.

In Arcane Detectives Club two characters can Shapeshift as it's a fairly common magical ability to learn. Percy changes into a spotted owl but they are usually found in their human form more often than not. Judas is a vampire, which as a species are born with the ability to shapeshift into bats! Judas can Shapeshift into a Honduran white bat and while he is often seen in human form he finds bat form to be a lot more comfortable so when relaxing he can often be found in bat form!

Hax can technically shapeshift but it's only because his code is so unstable and he can't really control it. and Cookie can also technically shapeshift by changing her own code but she doesn't do it often as she's perfectly happy as is.

(adding late before i completely forgot shhhh) Em can shapeshift but is currently unable to due to the circlets around his neck, wrists, and ankles. Without them he is able to transform into a larger more monsterous form. Though he usually is found in his normal monkey form.

a tl;dr

this unnamed guy oc is a little space adventurer. think dr who type of character but with universes and not time. his main 3 inspirations are Rosalina's comet observatory (and rosalina herself), Narnia, and The Neverending Story ; there's a bunch of other concepts in him, but he's mostly just a generfluid space thing. he's not blood royalty or even like. ""respected"" royalty in any capacity, he just sees himself as a steward to lifeforms and a guardian for anyone who needs it; he sees himself as a noble knight who's job is to be there and be the hope for others.

he's not a were-creature, but he does go through various forms ; a "human"(/neko) form, an anthro (*cough* fursuit) form, and a quadruped Animal form, which has an additional "draconic" form for funsies, as well as some other states of being.. he's not human, not mortal (in the normal sense) and does not Get most humans anyways, but tries his best to be kind and gentle anyways. he's egotistical for the Joke, and tries to be both humorous and regal; or at least comical but respectful. he's a creature of duality, and tries to revel in it, to mixed results.

I'm hoping i can save enough (after nessicary items like a new car, rent, etc) to get his ears, tail, and handpaws made, and maybe in 5+ years save up for a fursuit (or have a job I make enough that's not such a crazy idea) - he was made as a comfort sona, so I will not be caring if he's cringe for a sona. if you think he's cringe, cope seethe mald etc!! /hj

Bonus, he has a ship that I'm not sure how I'm going to design, but it is a space ship that looks like a sailing ship. he's extremely space-fantasy in concept. he also knows how to fence and his main weapon is a sword, and a rapier; he also speaks French (i do not) and ASL (i also do not): I'm hoping to try to learn these languages alongside using him!

I'm also hoping to use him as a sort of youtube persona or general persona, but like. with distance. im him he's me but i won't use him as a main mascot. he also technically uses he/she pronouns but I only use one at a time.
